These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between wa7777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the wa7777 website located at https://wa7777.net and its associated subdomains and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the wa7777 Platform — whether by registering an account, logging in, browsing the site, placing a wager, depositing funds, or simply visiting any page — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and not register or maintain an account.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested will result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification. Any accounts found to have been opened by individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and all funds within such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the wa7777 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and pending bonuses.

When registering an account with wa7777, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information required for identity verification. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your wa7777 account. You agree not to share your credentials with any other person and to notify wa7777 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

wa7777 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify wa7777 of unauthorised access.

• One account per individual; one account per household is strongly recommended.
• Accounts are strictly non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.
• Shared use of a single account by multiple individuals is prohibited.
• wa7777 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time.

All financial transactions on the wa7777 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. wa7777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Allied Bank, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your wa7777 account within five (5) minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the same business day in most cases. wa7777 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. wa7777 processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 15 to 30 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within approximately 30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

wa7777 may apply additional identity verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where unusual account activity has been detected. All funds deposited into a wa7777 account must be used for genuine gaming activity before a withdrawal is processed — deposits that are withdrawn immediately without meaningful wagering activity may be subject to review.

wa7777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any foreign currency conversion (if applicable for USDT TRC20 transactions) is conducted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

wa7777 may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible account holders from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms set out in the applicable promotion details, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General Bonus conditions applicable to all wa7777 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per account, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

• Bonus funds are not covered by the withdrawal provisions in Section 4 until wagering requirements are completed.

Players participating in self-exclusion, cool-off periods, or deposit limit programmes are not eligible to receive new Bonus offers during the applicable restriction period.

All betting and gaming activity on wa7777 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and slot games. By placing a wager on any wa7777 product, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game or market rules.

Sports Betting (including Cricket): Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body. In the event of a result dispute, wa7777's settlement decision is final. wa7777 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, corruption, or circumstances beyond normal sporting outcomes. For PSL and other Pakistan cricket events, settlement is based on the official PCB or ICC result as confirmed.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. wa7777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, are excluded.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit wa7777's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

In all cases where wa7777 is found liable, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your wa7777 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

wa7777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other wa7777 policy.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to pass identity verification checks when required.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity.
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.

Upon account closure, wa7777 will process any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the account holder's primary verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and fraud checks.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within a reasonable period, you may escalate the matter through such formal dispute resolution channels as may be available in your jurisdiction. wa7777 maintains records of all account activity, wager history, and financial transactions that may be relevant to the resolution of disputes.
